Natural Eye Makeup
Simplicity and understatement are the names of the game for this 2011 summer makeup. The emphasis is on the natural and subtle and looking fabulous and beautiful does not require going to extreme. This season’s makeup trend will look great both in the day time and night time, so you can go to a dinner date directly from the office without redoing your eye makeup. The most sought after colors for this summer’s natural or subtle eye makeup are beige, light blue, pale pink, brown and coral. To widen and brighten your eyes, use white eyeliner pencil on the waterline of the eyes and apply a coat of mascara to curled eyelashes for more emphasis.
Vivid Eye Makeup
For the bold and the daring, vivid eye makeup for this summer is definitely their game. Luxuriantly colored eye shadows will be the perfect complement to the season’s color trends in the world of fashion. The technique of a vivid eye makeup is to apply one bright shade to the whole eyelid or use two harmonizing colors for a dazzling finish. The colors that will best show off a vivid eye makeup are sumptuous colors such as orange, cool green, red, yellow and purple.
Smokey Eye Makeup
Sexy and seductive smokey eyes can be created by using a crafty combination of darker and bolder shades of makeup such as blue and ivory, black and silver, and daring blends of green, purple or electric blue. Photo Copyright of PR PHOTOS

Most Common Makeup Mistakes
Most Common Makeup Mistakes
It is a known fact that women love to put makeup on their faces. But many women make mistake. So, instead of making themselves more beautiful, they became more of a disaster because of their makeup. Makeup is not used as coverage but women use it as such. Makeup should be used as a way to enhance the natural beauty of a woman and not to hide it. In addition to this, many women also attempt to put on a lot on their faces, thinking that there is never too much. However, too much makeup would only make it hard for women to show their natural beauty.

Less is more
When using glittery or shimmery makeup, women should remember this mantra. Shimmer make up looks feminine in women if done in the right way. This is in moderation. Putting on too much would make you look like you are going to a masquerade ball. The shimmer must only be focused on one part of the face and not on the entirety of the face.
Mascaras should also be done minimally. There are beauty and health repercussions when you overdo it. First, too much mascara can be hard to remove. As such, you may tug the lashes. As they are sensitive and delicate, you increase the chances of having fewer lashes. In addition to this, too much mascara would look too smudgy at the end of the day.
Know the technique
Blush can make you look like sun-kissed or younger. But you need to have the right technique. Too much application on the cheeks and you end up looking like a clown. Blending the blush so the color will spread is the right way to lessen the effects. Another mistake when putting on is the use of eyeliner. When the application is too thick, especially when a pencil is used, you may end up looking like a raccoon. Women with small eyes mall fall victim to this as they would want to make their eye look larger. The best trick is to line the eyes from corner to corner with a thin line. Urban Styles – What is Emo?
Urban Styles – What is Emo?
Emo is now considered a fashion trend. But it didn’t start that way—not by any means. What people may not realize is that emo started as a musical movement in the 80s. Think about the eighties. The first thing you think of is big hair bands and AC/DC. Emo music was pretty much the opposite. Big hair band music wasn’t exactly expressive. It was mainly about having fun, partying, chicks, and playing more music.
However, emo music was more…confessional. This new genre was where artists really started to express their feelings as far as music went. It blends punk elements and indie rock to create something new and different.
Modern day emo music is a lot different and a lot of “emo” bands are actually going more mainstream while the bands that are more mainstream seem to be adding emo elements to their lyrics and music.
However, about the mid-2000s, emo started to take a turn. It became a fashion trend. In many ways, it has completely changed.
In the mid-2000s, it wasn’t cool to be emo. As a matter of fact, emos were subject to bullying, cyberbullying, and other demeaning practices.
Nowadays, emo has gotten popular. Ironically, to be emo is now somewhat cool. This is kind of weird considering how unpopular it was. However, there are still emos who are picked on.
The main purpose of being “truly emo” is to be willing to express yourself. However, most people consider this to mean that all emos are depressed and sad and are killjoys. But—since emo is about expressing yourself, couldn’t a happy person easily be emo?
